Our fruit has been carefully graded, packed, and inspected by our Production and Quality Control Team. Although we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products, we understand there may be issues and concerns regarding your order.

Only e-mail communications submitted prior to shipment or within a 48-hour period after receipt of order will be eligible for review. Please provide us with your contact information, order number and pictures of the product. Our team will carefully review your information and if you are eligible for a refund, replacement, online store credit or an exchange of another item of equal or lesser value and we will respond within 1-3 business days. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
